“ I didn’t take a picture but I totally should have—it smelled so good, I forgot. I had the Miss Piggy, my husband the brisket. At one point I asked him how it was and he nodded. Then I asked if he loved it so much he couldn’t speak and I got another nod. That good!! (Wear bug dope if you sit outside but they had some to borrow and it worked a charm.) ”
“ Best "burgers" I ever had. Meat was super tender with amazing sauce, pickles and home made chips where nice touch. Had a locally made soft drink - amazing. Have been visiting this place over the years, was just vistors center with some cafe, outside seating big plus. Also there is artisan water source at the parking - bring some bottles to fill up ”

“ This riverside spot in Burk’s Falls is such a hidden gem! At first glance it looks like just a visitor centre, but it’s actually a great little restaurant. We had the beef brisket and pulled chicken sandwiches—both were fantastic. Service was super friendly and quick. We sat outside by the river with our golden retriever (their patio and outdoor space are dog-friendly ). On the patio they were hosting a “Thirsty Thursday” event with live music and a set menu (looked like so much fun—will definitely watch for it next summer!). Great food, lovely setting, cool vibes. Highly recommend. ”

Both excellent, we especially liked the brisket, in fact, I'm betting I will dream about it ! We will be back for sure, will ask for a bit less sauce next time :) The resturant is clean and neat, with outdoor seating that has a view. It is also at the start of the river walk trail if you need to burn a few calories before/after eating! ”
